Is my sports equipment at risk of getting lost?
Absolutely not! We understand your equipment is valuable and go above and beyond to ensure every item is inventoried and labeled properly. We take detailed notes on all of your equipment, including the color and brand name, down to even your skate buddies and garment tags for jerseys. Each item is placed into its own compartment in our unique bags that holds it securely. If we wash your skates, they even get wire-tied to the bag so that all of your gear is kept together. If we pre-soak your equipment, we label what sink the items are in so every one of our employees knows where your gear is at any given time during the process. You can also inventory your own items before drop-off if you are more comfortable doing that.
Is my equipment too old to be washed?
Never! If we know any visible damage, we will call you immediately and let you know. We will also address any issues prior to cleaning to ensure your gear is protected. Any tape or decals may be removed.
Help! I can’t get to your facility! Can you cater to my timeline?
Of course! If you need a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate you. We also have a convenient drop-off box at IceWorks inside rink 1 that is available during regular business hours. We also have availability during the weekend by appointment only. So give us a call today at 610-497-9756.
My equipment smells really bad. Is that a problem?
No. We’ve seen it all and don’t mind if it smells, so don’t get embarrassed! Just be sure not to Febreeze your equipment prior to washing.
Do I have to clean out my gear bag before cleaning?
Nope! We’ll do it for you. Any item that is not inventoried to be cleaned will go in its own special bin until the washing process is over and will be returned to you.
Do you hand wash items?
Yes. We can when necessary, using our patented Esporta cleaning solution.
How long will you need to keep my equipment?
We take great pride in our work, customer service, and turnaround and will get your clean gear back to you within 72 hours or less.
Will your washing system harm my gear?
Nope. Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes a patented and fully engineered cleaning system to thoroughly wash, sanitize, and disinfect your equipment gently and without any damage, unlike traditional frontloading washing systems.
